Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Aurgat jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

7-Day Return Policy

• You may return any item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Jewellery must not show signs of wear, perfume, cosmetics, or chemical exposure.

15-Day Exchange Policy

• Size exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery.
• The item must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or customised jewellery
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
• Jewellery that has been resized, engraved, or altered after purchase
• Items returned without original packaging, box, or certificate

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at care@aurgat.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item back using the return label provided (if applicable) or via a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
