Warranty Policy

All Aurgat jewellery is crafted with care using 18K gold vermeil over a durable base metal. We stand behind the quality of every piece we create.

Every piece of Aurgat jewellery comes with a lifetime plating warranty. This covers:

Re-plating of the gold vermeil layer if it fades, tarnishes, or discolours under normal wear conditions
The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product and is non-transferable

Fading, discolouration, or tarnishing of the gold vermeil layer under normal use
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Loose or missing stones (if present) due to manufacturing defects
Clasp or closure malfunction due to manufacturing defects

Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents (scratches, dents, breakage)
Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorinated water, or cleaning agents
Normal wear and tear from daily use
Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
Loss or theft of the product
Changes in the product due to natural oxidation over extended periods

Email us at care@aurgat.in with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will assess the claim within 2-3 business days.
If approved, ship the item to us (customer bears shipping cost; return shipping is on us).
We will re-plate, repair, or replace the item and ship it back to you.

Aurgat is a BIS-registered jeweller. All gold jewellery is hallmarked as per Bureau of Indian Standards guidelines, ensuring purity and authenticity.
