• All products are crafted in 18K gold vermeil unless otherwise specified.
• Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly due to handmade craftsmanship.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
• Weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
• Order confirmation via email does not guarantee product availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or violations of these terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999.
• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days. Express delivery: 2-3 business days (available at checkout).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchange available for size issues within 15 days of delivery.
• Sale items and personalised/customised jewellery are non-returnable.
