We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 999 across India.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

Packaging

Each piece of Aurgat jewellery is carefully packed in our signature sage green box with protective padding to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All shipments are insured during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India.
• Delivery to remote or PO Box addresses may take additional time.
• Orders containing items from multiple locations may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order status at any time. If you have trouble tracking, contact us at care@aurgat.in.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@aurgat.in with photos of the damaged packaging/product.
